A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah Maas

I almost gave up on this book, the lead character was so horrible in the beginning, but a friend convinced me to continue and good thing because it ended up being great! Loved Rhys especially and her sister Nesta, hoping to see much more of them in book two. But some readers have hinted to the dreaded love triangle. And though everyone has been begging, screaming and pleading against it I have this sick feeling in the pit of my stomach that this is the direction she wants the next book to take. Will she heed her fans request and save this potentially awesome series or will she let it die? Because honestly that will kill a series for me, so now I wonder will another decent series have to die the way of the love triangle?

  1. I’m so glad you kept going with this one! And I’m worried about the love triangle aspect too, why do so many YA books take that route? It can be really frustrating! Isn’t there enough going on already, do you really have to make the main character constantly bounce back and forth between two guys on top of everything else??
