My Thoughts:  I enjoy each visit I make to Nocturne Falls. I found this series last year and each book in it makes me smile. Sometimes, I think we all need books that just makes us happy and smile. Nocturns Falls is a place for all supernatural entities and celebrates Halloween everyday as its cover.

I enjoyed the romance between Van and Lisa. It was sweet–and cute–and wonderful. Both are fun characters to read. Van is disgusted that he was injured in his last fight and not interested in returning to the ring. He is a dragon by the way. Monalisa is the daughter of a leprechaun who just wants to be free of her father’s tyranny but can only accomplish that if he gives her the ring of freedom, which he will never willingly do so he can keep her in his control. This time, she is to use her magic to make Van return to the ring. Lisa doesn’t want to do these things commanded by her father but has no choice in the situation. They must figure out how to gain Lisa’s freedom and their life together. The banter is fun and light. If you have not visited Nocturne Falls, and sometimes need a nice fun place to visit, try this series.
